Welcome to Soramid Boutique! We appreciate your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions governing returns:

Items purchased from Soramid Boutique must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date, counting from the day of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. All tags and labels must be intact and attached to the item. 

Make-up products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Additionally, clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the returned items are received and inspected, any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. 

To initiate a return, you must fill out a return request form within the 14-day return period. The return request form will be available on our website. Once submitted, we will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Returns received without prior submission of the return request form may not be accepted. 

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe

Items that do not meet the criteria outlined in these terms and conditions may not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policies. 

Soramid Boutique reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions for returns at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website
